This place is great with mr ismail. Everything is near by here. Very historical place if you want to be in the centre of the Istanbul this place is the one of the best. We enjoyed a lot. There are many options for you to choose a hotel but price and service is very good. This is my second home in Istanbul

Horrible hotel nothing like photos. It's got bed bug infestation, my nephew is covered in bed bug bites, bathrooms had mould in them, when I mean then got moved cause we complained about bed bugs, but bed bugs were in every room..

I’ve been visiting Istanbul since 1982. This is by far my worst experience. This hotel was full of bed bugs, mold on the wall, dirt everywhere. I changed rooms 3 times - one dirty and disgusting room after another. Aircondition didn’t work, carpets stained and dirty, beds full of dirt marks and again beg bugs everywhere. The staff were nice and not in the wrong. They did what they could, but this hotel is a health hazard. This hotel deserves no stars at all. I’ve attached pictures of everything.

I went to Istanbul and I stayed in this hotel it was great experience this hotel is cozy served good breakfast the beauty for this hotel close to everything walking distance to grand Bazare miser carcici Mahmoud Basha the best of all the kindness of the staff his name Farhat I would give 5⭐️ and I will come back to Istanbul and book in this hotel over and over again

It is not hotel It is garbage I don't want to anybody cross the experience that I passed it is dirty dirty everything is dirty I even couldn't take a shower because of dirt no TV a breakfast very poor no human can live there I booked on agoda they are lairs don't believe the picture they put on site
